Urea-based grease for machine tools

PYRONOC UNIVERSAL MT 00 is a grease that uses urea as a thickener, highly refined mineral oil as a base oil, and contains carefully selected additives such as extreme pressure agents and rust inhibitors. PYRONOC UNIVERSAL MT 00 is a grease suitable for use on sliding parts such as linear guides and ball screws used in machine tools.

●Features

1. Excellent heat resistance
   Since urea is used as a thickener, there is little change in consistency even at high temperatures, and excellent lubricity is maintained.

2. Excellent wear resistance
  Contains organic molybdenum and an excellent extreme pressure agent for excellent wear resistance.

3. Excellent processing oil resistance
  It is a grease that does not easily wash off even if it comes into contact with the machining oil used in machine tools, and does not easily cause lubrication failure.

4. Excellent oxidation stability
  Since urea-based organic compounds that do not contain metals are used as thickeners, they are not subject to the oxidative degradation accelerated effects of metals, and have excellent oxidation stability. In addition, highly refined mineral oil is used as the base oil, and high-performance antioxidants are added, making it a strong formulation that is resistant to oxidative deterioration.

5. Good resistance to plucking
It is suitable for centralized lubrication because it does not easily cause the plucking phenomenon.

6. Excellent fretting resistance
  It has excellent fretting resistance as it is difficult to be expelled from the sliding part due to repetitive motion (rocking motion) of minute strokes.
