Synthetic long-life industrial gear oil

Bonnok AX can be used for all kinds of gears such as spur, bevel, helical, double helical, worm, rack and pinion.
1. Excellent oxidation and thermal stability
Bonnok AX uses a synthetic hydrocarbon (poly-α-olefin) as its base oil, so it has superior thermal and oxidation stability compared to general mineral oil-based industrial gear oils. In addition, since it contains carefully selected sulfur-phosphorus additives, it produces little sludge and can withstand long-term use.
2. Extends gear life
Bonnok AX forms a strong lubricating oil film on the tooth surface due to the action of excellent additives. Therefore, it can withstand large loads and shocks and prevent wear and seizure. Extending gear life helps reduce maintenance costs.
3. Prevents rust and corrosion
Bonnok AX protects not only gears but also oil circulation systems from rust and corrosion by acting as an excellent anti-rust agent and anti-corrosion agent.
4. Good compatibility with sealing materials
The compatibility with Bonnok AX seal materials is almost the same as that of mineral oil-based gear oils.

Bonnok AX has excellent water separation and defoaming properties, making oil management extremely easy.
