Raremax Super is a grease for industrial motors that can extend the lubrication life of bearings. By reducing stirring resistance, rolling sliding resistance, and rolling viscous resistance within the motor bearing, the generated torque is reduced, leading to lower power consumption.
Used in premium efficiency motors (IE3) that contribute to reducing power consumption.
Features of Raremax Super
1.High temperature long life
The base oil uses synthetic hydrocarbon oil and specially refined mineral oil that have excellent heat resistance and oxidation stability. Unlike soap-type thickeners, this product has excellent high-temperature stability because it uses a urea-based thickener that does not have the oxidation catalytic effect of metal components that promote oxidative deterioration of base oil.
2.Low temperature
A mixture of synthetic hydrocarbon oil and specially refined mineral oil greatly improves low-temperature fluidity.
3.Acoustic characteristics
A unique special manufacturing method provides excellent low noise performance.
4.Energy saving
Power consumption is reduced by constantly forming an appropriate oil film and reducing bearing torque.
