FBK Oil RO is a high-grade industrial lubricating oil that contains highly solvent-refined paraffinic base oil and carefully selected antioxidants, rust inhibitors, anti-wear agents, anti-foaming agents, etc.
Features
1. Good lubricity High viscosity index, low coefficient of friction, high wear resistance (oil film strength), and excellent lubricity.
2. Excellent oxidative stability and thermal stability Excellent oxidative stability and thermal stability Highly refined with excellent oxidative stability and thermal stability Specially selected antioxidants are blended into the base oil, so even if it is used for a long time, it will not deteriorate due to oxidation. It can be said that it is difficult to clean and less sludge is generated. In particular, it excels in high-temperature oxidation stability, so it fully demonstrates its performance as a circulating system oil and compressor oil under high-temperature conditions.
3. Excellent anti-corrosion property An excellent anti-rust agent is added to prevent rust and corrosion from occurring in the lubrication system even when water is mixed.
4. Good water separation properties Even if some water is mixed in, it can be easily separated by standing or using a centrifuge.
5. Excellent defoaming properties The excellent defoaming agent is added to prevent circulatory problems caused by foaming.
Type
There are eight types of FBK Oil RO, numbered 32, 46, 68, 100, 150, 220, 320 and 460.
This number indicates the approximate kinematic viscosity mm2/s at 40°C.
FBK Oil RO is available in a variety of types from low viscosity to high viscosity, so you can choose the viscosity that is suitable for your usage conditions.
Application
(1) Lubricating various bearings of steel and non-ferrous metal rolling mills, rubber and vinyl rolls and calender rolls, paper machines, electric motors, generators, pumps, blowers, etc.
(2) Lubrication of various reduction gears
(3) Internal/external lubrication of air/gas compressors
(4) Wide range lubrication of machine tools
(5) Hydraulic operating system
(6) Lubrication of Kaplan turbine runner boss
(7) Other circulating lubrication systems for gears and bearings in places where rusting and oil deterioration are likely to occur
