Heat transfer medium: semiconductor manufacturing equipment, chemical plants, environmental test chambers, electronic equipment, data centers, thermostats, waste heat recovery

Reliability test: Medium for reliability test (airtightness test, thermal shock test, withstand voltage test, etc.) of electronic components and electronic equipment
