KC Grease No. 2 is completely different from conventional heat-resistant greases, and uses synthetic lubricants that do not produce sludge, and uses ultra-fine inorganic thickeners.
At high temperatures that exceed those of liquid lubrication, the special solid lubricants contained in the grease provide an especially effective lubrication effect.
In addition, this high-mesh solid lubricant blends well with the bearing metal, allowing lubricated operation for a considerable amount of time without oil.
Features
1. Does not become fluid even at high temperatures.
2. Can be used from -30°C to approximately 600°C in an unoxidized state.
3. Can be operated continuously for long periods without lubrication.
4. Can be lubricated centrally.
Applications
Lubrication of heat treatment furnaces, bearings and trolleys at the bottom of the furnace, lubrication of atmospheric furnace door opening and closing parts, lubrication of ceramic furnaces, etc.
