In equipment used at extremely low temperatures below -50°C, most greases harden, making it impossible for the lubricated parts to rotate or slide, and requiring a large amount of power.
Cosmo low temperature grease is a lithium soap-based grease that uses a synthetic lubricant with excellent low temperature properties as its base oil.

Features
1. Excellent low-temperature properties
Even in low-temperature environments, the bearings rotate smoothly, making it easy to start and restart. In addition, the rotational resistance is small, and energy loss is small.
2. Excellent resistance to resins
Since it does not expand resins, the impact on resin parts used in machines can be minimized.
3. Excellent mechanical stability
Even when subjected to strong shearing action, the grease structure is rarely destroyed, and it maintains a moderate consistency even after long-term use.
4. Excellent water resistance and rust prevention
Even when used in places where it comes into contact with water, it is unlikely to be washed away or emulsified, and its excellent rust prevention properties provide sufficient lubrication.

Applications
The operating temperature range is wide, from -60℃ to 110℃, making it ideal for the following applications.
1. Various bearings for loading and unloading equipment inside freezers
2. Various bearings for machines for extremely cold regions
3. Belt conveyor carrier roller bearings for extremely cold regions
4. Bearings that require low torque performance
5. Other lubrication points that require low temperature performance
