The TAIHEIKASEI ATE Seal F-100 series is a filling seal material designed with fluororubber as the main component. It has good heat resistance, chemical resistance, and oil resistance, and also has excellent electrical insulation, and maintains a stable sealing effect for a long period of time.

Features 
It has excellent resistance to various chemicals. 
Uses fluororubber to exhibit a high level of electrical insulation. 
Since it is a one-liquid type, it forms an elastic film only by drying at room temperature. 
Fluidity is low due to sagging prevention measures, and thick coating can be applied vertically. 

Application example 

Exhaust duct flanges, pipe flanges, joint threads, container and equipment sealing, chemical plants, chemical equipment, chemical pipes, chemical tanks, etc.

Drying time 

The Eight Seal F-100 series dries and solidifies as the organic solvent in the ingredients evaporates. The drying time is greatly affected by the thickness of the coating and the environmental conditions (temperature and humidity), but the surface is dry to the touch in a few hours, and after that, it is almost dry and solid in 2 to 3 days.
